Scora ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application developed by SF COMPANY LLC that provides AI-based football predictions and analytical insights. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the app, how we use it, and your rights as a user. This Policy applies to all users of the Scora iOS and Android applications.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the app. We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.
2.1 Purchase Data
When you purchase a subscription, the App Store or Google Play processes the transaction. We receive confirmation of the purchase status (active/inactive) to unlock premium features. We do not have access to your full payment details, card numbers, or billing address.
2.2 Usage Data
We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app, including features and screens you visit, buttons and actions you perform, and session duration and frequency of use. This data is collected via Google Firebase Analytics and is used solely to understand usage patterns and improve the app experience. It is not linked to your identity.
2.3 Diagnostics
We collect crash reports and performance data via Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix technical issues. This includes crash logs and error traces, app performance metrics (load times, freezes), and device type, OS version, and app version. This data is anonymous and used exclusively for technical maintenance.

Scora is intended only for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has used the app, we will take steps to remove any associated data.
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data processed through the app. All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit. We do not store sensitive personal data on our own servers.
Google Firebase may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Google provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection law (including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version in the app and update the Effective Date at the top. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
